Pneutec B.V. in Hoofddorp is a knowledge centre, a developer and a constructor in the fields of pneumatics, vacuum technology, fluid control and deceleration technology. They use these technologies to develop and build new applications and systems for their customers.
In March of this year, Pneutec expanded and redesigned its existing ISO 14644 Class 6 clean room. The total floor area of the extension was approximately 100 m². To build the extension we used our Brecon GSO double-shell wall system, consisting of 12.5 mm plasterboard lined with 0.6 mm sheet steel. The existing walls were dismantled and reused. The walls were fitted with new glass panels and sliding doors. The ceiling was our Brecon BPM 100 ceiling, which is strong enough to walk on.
Over the past few years, Brecon Cleanroom Systems has carried out many modifications and expansions at Pneutec, enabling Pneutec to provide optimal quality to its customers and meet the ever-changing demands of the market.
